		<description>I'm sure it is not random.  Of the 47, all have bought their home in the last 2 years; some are elderly; and a significant number have limited English proficiency or are foreign.  The mailing has gone into Guilford; Forsyth; Durham; and Wake as far as I know. In addition, there are a few folks who have moved here from out of state and purchased homes. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I appreciate the comment.  Hopefully, we can make the company disclose more information and protect consumers better in the future.</description>

		<description>Sounds like you're taking quick action and of course looking out for the best interests of Guilford County citizens (and their wallets).  I'll be interested to hear further details on all this.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I'm actually surprised we didn't get a letter like this with our new home purchase less than a year ago.  Any idea if these were targeted in some fashion?</description>
