Of the 47, all have bought their home in the last 2 years; some are elderly; and a significant number have limited English proficiency or are foreign. The mailing has gone into Guilford; Forsyth; Durham; and Wake as far as I know. In addition, there are a few folks who have moved here from out of state and purchased homes. <br/><br/>I appreciate the comment. Hopefully, we can make the company disclose more information and protect consumers better in the future. I’m sure it is not random.
