The Chamber offers three special opportunities to develop leaders in Greensboro - and help those individuals connect in a deeper way with the community. After training through Other Voices, Leadership Greensboro, and Experience Greensboro, participants are more committed to the community and have a vested interest in problem-solving and community change. The Leadership Department also plays a key role in enhancing the quality of life in Greensboro because they have empowered so many individuals to be strong leaders and because they initiate powerful community conversations about diversity and cross-cultural respect.
