I believe Wayne is prepared and experienced and will do a great job as Commissioner of Insurance in North Carolina. He has served in the NC General Assembly. His wife, Melanie Wade Goodwin is currrently serving in the General Assembly. They have a daughter Madison and are expecting their second child soon.
